Dear Students, Your class has been selected by the Australian Environmental Studies Board to take part in an important expedition. We need researchers to invesigate the impact of human activity on the continent over the past 60 years. You will need to assess the impact of a number of industries on Antarctica and the future implications of this activity. In research teams we need you to explore how the interactions of people with Antarctica have changed and why. In your research groups you will look at the following areas of human involvement in Antartica and as a group complete a number of tasks to gather the information needed for the project.
